Location: Novena, Central Region |
Permanent Part Time (13:30hr – 17:30hr)
Admin, Office services; Handle administrative works, bill payments. Sales & Marketing support.
Data entry, filing of documents. Attend to incoming calls and enquiries. Handle quotations and correspondences. Timely and efficient replies to customers. Multi-task.
Min ‘O’ Level. Min. 3 years relevant experience. PC literate with good knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel 2003. Fluent in Mandarin & English both written & spoken. Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Salary: $8 per hour.
